The present research aimed to: Demonstrate that the administration of oxygen via a mask at concentrations of 8L and 12L favors the recovery of the elite cyclist from Panama during their training in order to improve their performance in international competitions. It is a quasiexperimental, prospective, cross-sectional, pre-test-post-test research design, with the same group being both control and test subject, made up of high-performance athletes, to which an O2 stimulus of 8 and 12 liters will be applied. Lts will do a pre-test, and post-test measurement to evaluate the recovery of these athletes during their training. When verifying the results, it was shown that when using oxygen levels of 8Lts and 12Lts, these improved the cyclist's performance, favoring their recovery, finding significant data in the components of respiratory frequency in which when using concentrations of 8L of oxygen (r: 0.733, p: 0-039), this increases the respiratory rate of the cyclist, increasing their physical performance, a high positive correlation with significance is also shown between glucose without oxygen concentration and glucose with oxygen concentration (r: 0.757, p: 0.030).
